Ministry in Bratislava, Slovakia

    We just returned from a day of ministry in Bratislava, Slovakia. There were over 400 in attendance at this mornings service. The worship team was excellent. Really the highest quality music. Some of the best musicians I know come from the Central Europe region, and when they use their giftings in the church it makes a huge difference in the worship. Pastor Pavel Zsolnai is doing a fine job leading the church.
    Right now the only A/G missionary in whole country of Slovakia is Kerry Moos. We are praying that God will send more.

The photo to the left is a bit out of the ordinary, but none the less interesting. It is a photo of a statue located near the center of the Old Town Square in Bratislava, and a famous stop for every tour group. The title of the statue is: Men at Work.

Czech Language Full Life Study Bible

    Sherry and I just returned from Brno, Czech Republic. There we attended a meeting of the team that is working on the Czech language Full Life Study Bible. Attending the meeting were the leaders of the Czech team as well as Assemblies of God Missionary Jason & Andrea Morrison and Life Publishers International's Bill Williams and Stan Griffin.
    The translations and publication of the Czech language Full Life Study Bible will be completed soon. When it is completed it will be the first of it kind and unique in the Czech Republic and in the publishing world. It will contain the first ever Czech language Bible concordance and unique Bible-lands maps never before published in the Czech language.

ICI Germany / Lydia Magazine

    On February 5-7 Sherry and I had the honor of visiting the offices of both ICI Germany and Lydia Magazine. We met with the directors/publishers and A/G missionaries Ditmar and Elizabeth Mittelstadt (pictured with us).
    ICI Germany offers courses in Biblical studies to students all over the German speaking world. In Germany alone over 350 students are studying towards their BA degree. Lydia Magazine--a unique magazine for European Christian women--is published in the German, Hungarian and Romanian languages. The magazine in German has a circulation of 85,000 and is read by over 400,000 people. The Hungarian and Romanian Lydia has a circulation of 30,000.
    Pictured also are missionaries Richard and Deborah Crabb. This picture was taken just hours before they left to return to the USA for itineration. When they return back to Germany they will be teaming together with Ditmar and Elizabeth to reach and train German speaking people all over Europe.
