Missionary Renewal / Awakening: Reawakinging Europe's Heart for God

    Just returned from Missionary Renewal in Springfield MO. Several hundred missionaries and their families gathered together at the Central Bible College campus for a time of refreshing and renewal. We had 7 families from the Central Europe area attend this year's MR. One missionary Barbara Klein was honored for 20 years of service as a missionary with the Assemblies of God World Missions. It is a book of amazing stories of how God is changing the hearts and lives of people all across Europe. The book sells for $5 but I have 10 free copies to give away. Kosovo Declares it's Independance from Serbia

   Just watched an historic event taking place. Kosovo has voted to secede from Serbia thus forming an independent state leaning toward and with ties to the west, especially the European Union. Both the United States and the European Union are expected to endorse their independence and accept them as a sovereign state.  Click here for BBC article

Commissioning Service 2007

    At this evenings commissioning service, I had the honor of praying with the Tylers, newly appointed missionaries to Germany. This was the largest class of missionaries to ever be commissioned for full-time missionary service.

Europe Picnic 2007

World Area Directors Meetings

    World AD Meetings were held on July 3-6, 2007 in Springfield, MO. Attending the meetings were all the Assemblies of God Area Directors from around the world as well as the Regional Directors, Executive Committee members, and Executive Director John Bueno. Missionary Associate Commissioning Service 2007

     Tonight Missionary Associates were commissioned for service. MAs work directly with missionaries on the field, and are a vital part of the missions team in Europe and around the world.
    Pictured in the top photo are all of the MAs and families standing on the platform, grouped by region. The Europe region MAs were located on the center left of the platform.
    You will notice the white markers on the auditorium seats on the right and left. These are reserved seat markers for the MAs and thier families. This years class was quite a large class.
    Pictured in the photo below is Regional Director Greg Mundis praying for Europe MAs.

Pre-field Orientation 2007

      The 2007 Pre-field Orientation began on June 25th. PFO is held for a two week period every year at the Evangel University Campus in Springfield, MO. PFO is a time of training and preparation for missionary work and also a time to develop relationship that last a lifetime. In the photo are pictured, with Sherry and me, some of the new missionaries and MAs who will soon be coming to the Europe Region.
